  Fantastic coffee and hot drinks with a good selection of edibles. It would be nice if they offered an extended menu like sandwiches though.

  Great coffee and atmosphere. Enjoy the patio in the summer and try the blueberry scone. Staff could be a bit friendlier though.

  I used to like the atmosphere and the tea/coffee at Balzac's. Lately, it's become an Internet users' cafe. Trying to find a table for two is impossible. Also, some staff don't understand the concept of customer service, such as helping a disabled customer carry two mugs and two teapots (without attitude).

  Everything about the place is great except the number of students that buy a drink and sit for hours occupying the limited seating.
