  Every cupcake I've ever gotten from here (and I've bought dozens) has been truly delicious and decadent. The staff is always polite and patient as I try to pick from the large selection- they all look so good! I am terribly sad to be moving from Guelph mostly because this bakery will be so far away. Thanks for a tasty year of treats!

  I ordered cupcakes and a cake for my daughters first birthday. When I came to pick up they had mixed up the dates but were amazing at trying to rectify the situation. They delivered to my home and gave a discount. I was impressed with their customer service!
  I loved the cupcakes and cake and how they decorated them. All of my guests raved at how delicious everything tasted! So delicious and impressed!

  Pulled into the parking lot with the open sign on. As I get out of my car and walk to the door the flipped the sign to close. Embarrassingly terrible customer service. Definitely wouldn't return there.
