  Was in for Sunday Mar 26th for lunch. We are a family of four and met a family member and her daughter there. Between sitting and paying took 1:45; far too long for a table with three kids at lunch. I only saw 1 waitress working about 8 tables.
  
  **edit** went back for Good Friday fish tacos. There were at least 4 servers working as well as the owner and a manager. The service was excellent and quick. All the employees had a friendly smile.

  Turtle Jacks is a great place to grab lunch or dinner. It is also an excellent place to meet clients during off peak hours. The staff are friendly and the food is tasty.

  Excellent, varied food with a great rustic atmosphere. Friendly staff, but service could be quicker. Great ceasers, fish tacos, and fried pickles, but lackluster sweet potato fries. Overall a perfect choice for family or bigger groups of friends!

  Literally everything was under-seasoned. Vegetables looked sad and there was very few of them. Took a bit for our order to be taken, and for the cheque to show up. Only saving grace were the cocktails. Those were actually pretty tasty.

  If you want to wait forever for your food and then wait forever for the bill, this is the place for you. We go there before seeing a movie next door and not sure if it is a lack of servers on the floor or they are just very slow?? We went here with the kids before going to see a movie next door and we were basically ignored from the moment we sat down and later we waited over 30 minutes for the server to give me the bill. There were no staff anywhere on the floor it seemed. We were late to see the movie and with the young kids, it was not appreciated! The food was average, not my favorite place but the kids like it before seeing a movie. Advise you to show up an extra 30 to 60 minutes early if you need to be somewhere after, the service here is always beyond SLOW!
