  An excellent MUST TRY place in Guelph. Tried the "Meat Lovers" last night and it was fantastic. For those looking to avoid a longer wait, arrive around 7ish or later. We found that because the restaurant is smaller, the dinner rush means this place gets jammed very quickly! It is definitely worth the wait and we found that just after 7 seems to be when the big rush dies down and you're able to get a seat a little easier. Will definitely be back to try some new dishes. Great stuff here!

  Long wait, small portion for a not as small price. Big Smoke? Big propane torch is more like it. Salty broth isn't flavour, it's salt. Pork has good flavour but made the broth greasy. The noodles were good, but I've had homemade pasta that was good but it's just pasta without a good sauce/broth. Been to Tokyo so have to say, nope not that authentic.

  Great, unique food and the server was really polite. Picture is of the big smoke bowl.
  
  Their service could use some work. It's an odd process to be seated because they won't seat you unless your whole group is there but other people can be seated before you if you're still waiting for people. So go in twos! They don't have take out which people kept coming in and asking for and they seemed just a bit disorganized. All in all, small space but utilized well and they're a young business you can tell, but worth the wait and the prices are fair! Can't wait to see how they expand!

  Amazing food, amazing staff, and a fantastic dining experience overall. I have only been able to find 2 places in Toronto that serve phenomenal ramen in a Ramen-ya style restaurant.... Until​ this place opened up!
  Only complaint is how close it is to home, makes it way too easy to go over my food budget, haha. Keep up the amazing work folks!

  Really recommend coming here for lunch. I have come here about four times now and the food has always been excellent.
  
  For people complaining about a lack of take out, I would not even suggest the restaurant pander to them. For one, the food is clearly meant to be enjoyed in the environment they've invested so much time creating. Nor would ramen really travel that well, and it makes the fresh preparation basically redundant. Plus, the wait times at peak hours are within acceptable levels and people eating in house should not have to wait any longer.
