  I love 5 minutes away. Delivery driver showed up after waiting over an hour and a half woth an ice cold pizza, and the wrong drinks. Car loaded with friends while working. My first call to complain i was left on hold for over 5 minutes. Had to call back 2 more times to speak with someone. Gave my info for the owner to call me so i could discuss my complaint. Never recieved a call. When i call the owner is never there. I would order ginos twice a week on average. I will never be ordering from ginos again. When i lived on the west end, i never had a single issue with the silvercreek location.
  
  Edit I decided to give them a second chance and order it again I received potato wedges instead of jalapeno poppers so I went and called head office instead of the store then I get a phone call saying that they are out of jalapeno poppers and that they tried to call me previously but they didn't get through funny that they got through this time to inform me that had no jalapeno poppers when head office was having them rush them out to me then offered me some store credit which I refused telling them this is the last time I will be ordering from them and want my money back. When the driver got here to refund my money they had the audacity to ask for the wedges. save your money and don't bother ordering from here. Wish i could give less than 1 star.

  I find that the pizza here is really great but a couple of issues with rude staff have tainted this location for me. Make sure they agree to accept any deals or coupons when you order or they will likely refuse when you arrive for pickup.

  I usually get Gino's when ordering pizza. To me, the other competitors like Domino's, Dynamite, Toppers and Victoria pizza don't even compare. However Pizza Nova is great also. Gino's has good quality food,satisfying varieties, cheap prices and usually earlier than expected on delivery runs.
