  Great food, service and server. The problem we had was the food came to the table less than warm, we mentioned to server and quickly tried to solve the issue but food came back about the same as first time. I find their operation sort of confusing and not effective. The server takes your order but someone else brings the food to table. Just seems that the server should deliver food to table also and have full responsibility to have it done right. Who wants to eat cold dinner that should be hot?????

  Recent menu changes (last year), took all share platers off the menu and a few other changes for the worst in my opinion. Used to frequent the place for group meeting and dates, now I don't bother.

  Was not impressed with the service... very slow, and I mean slow..no excuses as the restaurant was not busy.. food presentation was nice and the food tasteful.

  We have been here for a second time eating (even been in January). We had a good experience in January, when we had a steak as a main course. During the second visit, we were very surprised by the new menu. For example, the steaks were not more (bad one). However, there was a large number of new dishes that had a nice discount. Luckily the dessert menu are the same, because their white chocolate cheesecake is really great! The service this time was disappointing. The clerk presented not very enthusiastic and answered curtly. He did not look cared for and together with his flashy piercings he was not such a good impression. Anyway, the food was good and the dessert at the end was a nice ending!

  1 1/2 hour wait for food - on Mother's Day. Burnt English muffin for eggs Benedict. Kids meal with gross bacon. Everything was cold and didn't taste great. Felt bad for the servers as they were trying but the kitchen was the problem. Everyone around us seemed unhappy too. Management did not have us pay for our food so that was handled correctly, but I will not be returning. So many other good places in Guelph.
