  Love this location. Good staff, who always have patience & are kind. Getting my orders right 1st time. I enjoy seeing the regular workers each day! They always have a smile & a happy greeting!

  I'd never been to starbucks before but I've got to say, I'll definitely be coming back! The staff was wonderful, friendly and super helpful. The barista who took my order (I think Page was her name?) was super patient with me considering I took forever to order one of starbucks' fancy coffees. She was able to tell me the difference between the flavours and was more knowledgeable about coffee than anyone should be (but i guess that's starbucks!) and the coffee I got was actually super delicious! Excellent customer service skills and super personable. Best experience I've had in a coffee shop 100%

  My drink was all milk and hardly any espresso the first time. I went back and asked to please have it remade as it didn't sit right with me. Just because the shop's busy doesn't mean the quality should be sacrificed. Thankfully the barista made it again. She didn't argue with me but I felt that she used her knowledge to go ahead and belittle me. I don't know what it is but this location doesn't compare to the other locations in Guelph. I do not really want to come back unless it's quiet.
