  I'm very soft spoken, so my initial order was heard and made wrong. The cashier seemed less knowledgeable than the barista. Thank u to the barista who helped me fix my order. I usually go through the starbucks app so this isn't an issue. I felt that customer service is at a great standard here as my problem was immediately resolved. Again thank you for fixing my espresso frappuccino light. Unfortunately I don't remember her name (blonde) but thank you so much.

  Absolutely disgusted. I went in today, April 8th at 3pm and wanted to spend a nice afternoon with my family. I am a gold member, and as a gold member I am allowed to get unlimited refills. I was on my second refill and I got a third one and the worker gave me such attitude. She said "that's your fourth refill. You're going to be on the toilet all afternoon." I was incredibly embarrassed and on top of that I had the impression they were making fun of us the whole time we were there.
  Also who says "on the toilet" when I'm ordering a drink. Such disgusting attitude. Never going back. I advise you don't go.

  The old lady with short brown hair and glasses was super condescending when asked about the travel mug prices. She also over charged my order. The rest of the staff were fine. I guess they aren't morning people!

  It was a stormy Tuesday afternoon, I remember it vividly. Just a regular joe just trying to get his shopping done for his loved ones. After the long hours of shopping, his palms are sweaty, knees weak, arms are heavy, hungry and parched, I didn't know what to do, I didn't know where to start.
  
  It was until I stumbled into Starbucks, oh my, was I blessed or what. Everyone was so accommodating and the baristas accepted me with open arms. I remember her, her name was "Katie", pronounced "K-T" I'll never forget that day. A struggling joe just looking for a bite to eat and a super special awesome macchiato supreme, chocolately covered, two pump peppermint, with a driz drizzle of the goodie goodie caramel, with non-fat half-soy organic goodness, double blended, with extra hot foam, on top of that creamy whip cream, venti sized (of course) with a coconut water on the side for later, like are you joking?! ~~ You only get one shot (cinnamon dolce), do not miss your chance to blow (the foam). This opportunity comes once in a lifetime.
  
  It was perfect! I heard my name, the barista exclaimed with excitement. I took that first sip, I will never forget the taste, it left me in feelings of pure bliss. The ancho chipotle chicken panini "aight" wouldn't get it again.
  
  10/10 would come again.
