  Great collaborative, supportive co-working space in a century brick building close by downtown.
  
  Interesting mix of startups, remote workers, and small businesses that offer both community and connections. Excellent coffee/espresso and great beer on tap.
  
  Vastly superior to other co-working spaces, accelerator centers, and innovation hubs that I have experienced in the past.

  I've had a desk here for over 2 years, and really enjoy the space, amenities (coffee, tea. etc), location, and most importantly, the great 'co-workers'. It's more than just a shared office, it's a community. And a very welcoming one, at that. So if you're at all curious about what co-working can offer you, come stop by and say 'hi'.

  I've been at 349 for many years and I can say for certain it's the best place I've ever worked at. All the people there are smart and approachable which is a killer combination. Brydon has done an amazing job of crafting an atmosphere of creativity and cooperation. Plus there's beer on tap.

  I came into 349 after the birth of my daughter. It has been a great experience: I'm surrounded by smart people with different skill sets and background, and can ask for feedback on zany and practical ideas. All of the advantages of being at a normal job without having to work at a normal job.
