  Usually pretty quiet, clean. You won't get your order super quick, but they are very responsive to customization requests. Suggest going into the store over using the drive thru for fatter service.
  
  Watch out for coupons- they usually don't usually have the same offers as the one in the mall, different owners.

  This was my first experience at this Dairy Queen location and I was not satisfied. Two orders were taken and the first one took over 5 minutes in the drive through and an apology was not made for such the long wait. Secondly, I ordered a HOT fudge sundae and when I received it, the fudge was not hot. The menu clearly states HOT fudge sundae and it was not even warm. Very unsatisfied with my experience and will not be returning to this location for the remainder of my stay in Guelph.
