  Me and my family stood by the till waiting for the guy to come take our order. He saw us, was listening to music and did not come over. He carried on doing whatever he was in the back. We waited another 5 minutes and he still refused to come ask what we wanted. We left. Clearly he didn't want to take our order. What horrible staff and horrible service. Will never go there and will make sure everyone I know, does not either.

  I refuse to ever order a pizza from here ever again, for a while they were okay but over the last couple years it has been a steady decline. Every time they are late with delivery I'm forced to call pizza pizza phone line since they argue at my door saying "my clock says I'm on time" after being on hold with pizza pizza phone line they always agree with me but by this time the pizza has gone cold. Constantly delivered the wrong pop, poutine with gravy that has been over cooked and curdled, and pizza that is either under cooked or burnt. I don't know what is wrong with the people running this particular location but I insist, do not buy pizza here, these people truly deserve to go out of business!!!

  I waited over 2 hours for my pizza to be delivered. I called and asked what the hold up was, and I was told that they were on there way. They never came. This store has always provided a mediocre experience. Either the pizza is undercooked or over cooked, or you never get the right order (forgetting dipping sauces, pops).
